  • How do I sign up for classes?

    First make an account with Jackrabbit, once you have made an account you will be able to search for classes and sign up by going to the classes and events tab. Click Find Classes to find the class you would like to register your dancer for.

  • Tuition & paying for classes

    Tuition for everyone will be on Autopay and will be charged on the 1st of every month. If your credit card is declined for any reason a 10% fee will be added to the balance.

    A credit card is required to be on file for all dancers.

  • What classes should my dancer take?

    Mini/Creative/Tiny Tumbling: Ages 4-5

    Combo: Ages 5-6

    Pre: Ages 6-7

    Beginning Youth: Ages 8-12

  • What should my dancer wear?

    Please go to our classes tab to see detailed class descriptions as well as what your dancer should wear.

  • My dancer missed a class, can I make them up?

    We allow dancers 30 days to make up any missed classes. Dancers can use any class that is their level as a makeup (e.x If a dancer missed a Beginning Youth Jazz class they may use any Beginning Youth Class as a makeup). If you need an extension for your make-ups, please email alyssa@elevationstudios.com.

  • I have a question but who do I email?

    For all general studio information (closures, pricing, schedule) please email info@elevationstudios.com

    Regarding absences, schedule conflicts, registration and room rentals, please email alyssa@elevationstudios.com.

    Regarding all billing & tuition, please email kevin@elevationstudios.com

  • I’m an Adult taking Drop-Ins. How do I sign up & pay?

    First make an account with Jackrabbit, once you have made an account you will be able to search for classes and sign up by going to the classes and events tab. Click Find Events and search for the class you would like to register for. 

    *Please note that for Adult Drop in classes you do not need to pay the 30$ Registration fee. If you have any questions please feel free to call or come in as the front desk is always happy to help.

  • Do you send out email announcements?

    We do not send out email announcements. Instead we use the Stack Team App. This is our main form of communication. Down below is a breakdown of where to find things on the app. 

    News: This is where things that would normally be an email are posted. We also post things that we need to be seen ASAP.

    Flyers: Here you can find paperwork such as our 2023-2024 Studio Calendar

    Gallery: Here your dancer's instructor may post videos of things for your dancer to work on. This is mainly used during our Annual June Concert when they learn dances and the instructor would like them to practice.
